Emmanuel OUAG
Emmanuel was born on Christmas Day in 2014 in a large West African city in one of the world's poorest countries. He is a bright, kind young boy with loving parents who work tirelessly but struggle to provide even life's most basic necessities.
His father searches for work wherever he can, taking odd jobs whenever they become available. His mother grows peanuts and sells them along the roadside to help support the family. Despite their hardships, they understand that education offers Emmanuel the best hope for a brighter future.
Emmanuel enrolled in school and quickly proved to be a promising student. However, during the 2025–2026 school year, he was expelled from school twice because his parents were unable to pay the required tuition fees. In an act of compassion, the principal allowed Emmanuel to take the year-end examination that was required for promotion to seventh grade. Emmanuel passed the exam with determination and hard work.
Today, the only thing preventing Emmanuel from returning to school is the cost of his tuition.
By sponsoring Emmanuel, you can change the course of his life. Your sponsorship will pay his school tuition and provide the books and supplies he needs to succeed in seventh grade. In addition, twice each year his family will receive 100 pounds of rice and soap—practical gifts that will ease some of the daily burdens they face.
This year 2026 - 2027, Emmanuel is in the 7th grade.
Your generosity will do more than help Emmanuel stay in school. It will bring hope to his entire family and give a young boy the opportunity to build a better future through education.
Would you prayerfully consider becoming Emmanuel's sponsor? Your support could make all the difference in the life of this remarkable young student.
